Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of HydraCast, operated by Hydra Dynamix. By using HydraCast you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The service

HydraCast lets you connect social accounts you own and publish, schedule, and analyze content on them. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and the content you publish through the service.

Your responsibilities

  • You may only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
  • You are responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights to publish it.
  • You must comply with the terms and policies of every platform you publish to, including their content and automation rules.
  • You must not use HydraCast for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content, or to send spam.
  • You must not attempt to breach the security of the service or access data that is not yours.

Third-party platforms

HydraCast integrates with third-party platforms (including Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, Discord, Mastodon, and Bluesky). Your use of those integrations is also subject to each platform's terms. In particular, when you use the YouTube features you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the acts, policies, or availability of third-party platforms.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.

Termination

You may stop using HydraCast and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or platform policies. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hydra Dynamix disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for content published through connected accounts.
